The accused flat owner’s name is Mofidul Islam. He is a former engineer of Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority. The owner of the car, accused Mofidul is absconding since this incident.

Eyewitnesses said that Mofidul rammed the car on the security guard while driving in anger with his driver. Besides, they also complained of negligence in taking security personnel Fazlul Haque to the hospital after the accident.
