A teenager’s invention will stop train accidents

Five people died in the incident of fire in the Benapole Express train at Gopi Bagh in the capital. At that time, this incident caused quite a stir. Eighth grade student Rayyan Azad Ankur is also scarred by the horrific incident. Since then, he has been thinking about how to prevent train accidents. In the last five months of effort, he developed a method.

His invented system will send a message to the driver in the event of a train fire and automatically sprinkle water to extinguish the fire. Besides, this system will send signal to the station master and train driver if the railway connection is broken at any place or if the rail line bends. If the signal is received before the accident, it will be possible to prevent it.

Ankur is the son of Habibul Azad of Shershah Road area of Ishwardi town. He is an eighth grade student of Bhasha Shahid Vidyaniketan. According to Ankur, it was invented at a cost of three thousand rupees in five months of effort.

In this regard, Muktar Hossain, head teacher of Bhasha Shahid Vidyaniketan, said that Ankur is talented in studies. Along with his studies, his innovative thinking is very commendable. I have always supported his activities on behalf of the school. I hope he will brighten the face of the family and school with new innovations.
