After his milestone, the only goal is to win the World Cup for Pakistan

Before the start of the T20 tournament, there are various discussions and criticisms about the performance of the Pakistan cricket team. Babar Azam said that he does not want to touch any personal milestone before going down against the host USA in their first match of the World Cup. However, as a captain, the team wants to win the World Cup.

In the pre-match press conference, Babar Azam said, ‘I don’t have any personal goals in the World Cup. My own milestones are next. Our only goal is to win the World Cup for Pakistan.

Pakistan does not have much experience playing in US conditions. However, Shadab Khan, Haris Rauf and Imad Wasim have played Major League Cricket. Because of which Babar Azam has some idea about the weather here.

Babar praised the United States and said, “The United States is used to playing in this climate. They have been playing cricket here for a long time. I will try not to make the mistakes that we experienced cricketers have done before.’

Babar is relying on the ability of all the players in the squad. He said, ‘We are confident in our ability. We have confidence in batting and bowling. I hope I can play good cricket.’
