All the chambers of the Supreme Court bar are closed by 8 pm

During the Eid-ul-Azha holidays, lawyers have been asked to close the chambers in the Supreme Court Lawyers’ Association building by 8 pm for security reasons.

This instruction was given in the circular signed by Advocate Shah Manjurul Haque, Secretary of the Supreme Court Lawyers Association on Thursday (June 13).

The notification said, “For the sake of the overall security of the Supreme Court Bar Association building, the chamber (lawyer’s room) can be kept open till 8 pm every day.”

It further said, ‘Lawyers are specially requested to close the chamber and leave the association building by 8 pm every day on their own responsibility.’
