Eat roasted beef liver with hot rice on holiday afternoon


Beef liver is as healthy as it is delicious to eat. Especially the fun of eating roasted beef liver is different. This food rich in iron helps to eliminate anemia in the body. Today, if you want, you can quickly cook roasted liver. Here is the recipe-

Materials

1. Beef liver 1 kg
2. Half a cup of chopped onion
3. Onion batter 3 tbsp
4. Ginger paste 1 tsp
5. Garlic paste 1 tsp
6. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
7. Cardamom 3/4
8. Half a cup of soybean oil
9. Salt to taste
10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
11. Chilli powder 1 tsp
12. Cumin powder 1 tsp
13. Coriander powder 1 tsp
14. 2 bay leaves
15. Cinnamon 2 pieces and
16. 6/7 green chillies.

method

First cut the beef liver and soak it in hot water for half an hour. Wash the liver several times with hot water and strain it in a sieve.

Place the pan in the oven and put oil in it. When the oil is hot, add chopped onions to it. When the onion is lightly fried, add the batter masala, powder masala, salt and mix the masala with little water.

Now stir in the liver and cover it. When the water dries up, remove the lid and cover with a little water again with whole green chillies, cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf.

After the liver is boiled, the water should be dried and it should be removed. Beef liver will be ready. Serve this dish with hot rice.
