Elections in the UK: Which party won how many seats?

The UK General Election results have been released. The Labor Party is on the way to form the government by getting the most seats. On the other hand, the ruling Conservative Party is in a disappointing position this time.

The published results showed that the Labor Party won 411 seats. The ruling party got 119 seats. The Liberal Democratic Party came third with 71 seats.

Moreover, SNP has won 9 seats. SF got 7 seats. 28 were won by others. Results of 5 seats have not been declared yet.

Out of the total 650 seats in the UK Parliament, a single party needs to win 326 seats to form a government.

Voting for the general election begins at 7am local time on Thursday (July 4). A general election was held in July for the first time since 1945 in the UK. Voting lasts till 10 pm.
