Have ‘potato nuggets’ with tea for breakfast


Afternoon or evening tea with fried if not? But if you don’t want to eat unhealthy fried food outside, you can make crunchy nuggets at home. But chicken nuggets can’t be made all the time.

So you can make potato nuggets to deal with the urge to eat nuggets. These nuggets are very easy to make at home. If you want, you can store it in the deep freezer. Here is the recipe for making potato nuggets-

Materials

1. Potatoes 2
2. Cornflour 2 tbsp
3. Bread crumb 2 tbsp
4. Mozzarola cheese 2 tbsp
5. Black pepper half teaspoon
6. Mix herbs half teaspoon
7. Ginger and garlic paste half teaspoon
8. 1 raw chili
9. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp
10. Salt to taste
11. 1 egg
12. Half a cup of bread crumbs.

For this, first boil two large potatoes. Then you have to take admission. Add 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of coneflower, 3 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese and salt to taste. Then mix more chilli powder, mix herbs, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and coriander leaves.

Mix all the ingredients well. After oiling your hands, take this mixture with your hands and press it lightly to make it into nuggets. Then break bread crumbs in another bowl and eggs in another bowl.

Dip the prepared nuggets in egg, then coat in bread crumbs and leave in boiling oil. Flip the nuggets and fry until brown. Vyas made homemade potato nuggets. Now serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
