In the dire crisis of food and water, the salt water of the sea is the last hope

Gaza is at high risk of famine. There, more than 495,000 Palestinians are living in dire food shortages. No relief truck is able to enter there due to the fierce aggression of the Israeli forces. As a result, on the one hand, the aid trucks with food are waiting, on the other hand, the small children, women, men and elderly people of Gaza are starving.

Israel is also attacking people who go to collect relief supplies. Even relief vehicles, various relief organizations are also being attacked.

Gaza has been destroyed, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the United Nations said in a statement. Children are dying of malnutrition and dehydration after waiting for truckloads of food and clean water. Incessant Israeli attacks are preventing even aid from reaching the Palestinians.

The conflict has been going on there for about 8 months. During this entire period, only a handful of aid vehicles were allowed to enter Gaza. With no help from outside and continued attacks, Gaza has become a terrible disaster. Young children are dying from lack of food and acute malnutrition. There is no end to the suffering of the Palestinians, with repeated bombings on the one hand, food shortages, housing shortages, and the lack of safe shelter. No one knows when this situation will be fixed.

The scorching heat of summer has started increasing with time. Small children in Gaza stand in line waiting for clean water. But after standing for hours, little water is not being provided.

Due to such acute shortage of water, thousands of families have now started using salt water from the sea. The North Gaza Emergency Committee in northern Gaza said that all the wells in the blockaded valley were destroyed by the Israeli attack. As a result, the water crisis has become more acute there.
