Meem receiving the Anon Foundation Tarun Shishushahitya Award

Anon Foundation has been playing a role in child development since 2012 with the slogan ‘Chishur Bikash we are steadfast’. As part of this work ‘Anon Foundation Tarun Shishu Sahitya Award 2024’ has been announced for the first time. Anon Foundation Tarun Shishu Sahitya Award 2024 is being awarded to children’s writer Meem Noshin Nawal Khan.

He was nominated for this award in recognition of outstanding work in children’s literature. He will get Tk 25,000 in cash, a crest and certificate as prize money. Apart from this, a book of his will be published from Anon Publications. The award will be presented on September 6 through a grand ceremony organized on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of the Anon Foundation.

Meem Noshin Nawal Khan was born on January 6, 2001. His father md. Abdul Monem Khan and Ma Hosne Ara Rashid. He received a bachelor’s degree with honors in chemistry from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania in 2024. Before this, Vikarunnisa passed SSC in 2017 and HSC in 2019 from Noon School and College. He has received Meena Media Award 6 times for writing children’s literature. In 2011, he received the first prize in the Prothom Alo tradition Gollachhoot story writing competition.
