Protests of Islamic movement demanding cancellation of agreement with India


The Islamic movement held a protest march demanding the arrest of the corrupt, along with the cancellation of the contract for the movement of Indian trains over the territory of Bangladesh.

In Lakshmipur on Thursday (July 4) around 5:30 pm, the procession started from the city’s South Temuhani under the banner of the district wing of the Islamic Movement. After circling the main main road of the city, the procession ends at North Temuhani area.

Acting president of Islami Andolan district branch Delawar Hossain, secretary Mohiuddin, assistant secretary Lokman Hossain, office secretary Anwar Hossain, propaganda and dawah secretary Mahmudul Hasan, organizing secretary Imran Hossain, Islami Sramik Andolan district branch president Nashir Ahmed, youth movement district president spoke on the occasion. Mokhlesur Rahman and student movement district president Redwan Hossain and others.

Acting President Delawar Hossain said that 10 agreements with India should be canceled immediately. No coach of Indian Railways will be allowed to run over this country. This government is deceiving the people of the country.
