Smart children should be developed to form Smart Bangladesh


Health Minister Samant Lal Sen has commented that smart children should be raised to fulfill the Prime Minister’s promise of Smart Bangladesh. He said that the Prime Minister has planned to transform the country into Smart Bangladesh by 2041. Keeping this goal in mind, we have to develop smart children, whose knowledge and innovative skills will realize the Vision 2041 dream through the formation of our Smart Bangladesh.

This was said by the Health Minister in his speech as the chief guest at the seminar titled ‘Early Child Development Program in Bangladesh’ at ICDDR’B Sasakawa Auditorium in Mohakhali, Dhaka on Thursday (July 4) morning.

The minister also said that ICDDR, B is an international medical research institute which is making a special contribution to the treatment and management of the country. In association with various development organizations, research and educational institutions of the world, ICDDR, B is carrying out research, training, project implementation and experience exchange activities.

The health minister said, if we can develop children properly by making the health system more beautiful, our country will move forward; We will also move forward.

ICDDRB Chief Executive Director Dr. State Minister of Health and Family Welfare Rokeya Sultana, Director General of Health Directorate Professor Abul Basar Mohammad Khurshid Alam were present as special guests in this seminar held under the chairmanship of Tahmid Ahmed.
