The High Commission is providing mobile consular services in Johor Bahru, Malaysia


Bangladesh High Commission is providing mobile consular services in Johor Baru, Malaysia. Earlier, expatriates living in the state were invited to take this service by issuing a notice from the High Commission.

Various consular services of the High Commission were provided on Saturday at 9:30 am local time on the first day of the two-day mobile consular service on Saturday and Sunday at Agrani Remittance House in Johor.

Apart from this, various consular services including e-passport application, bio-enrolment completion, MRP passport and birth registration are provided. On Sunday, mobile consular services were provided from 9:30 am to 5 pm at the same place, the officials said.

During the provision of mobile consular services, High Commissioner Md. A children’s Bengali book on Bangabandhu’s biography was given as a gift by Shamim Ahsan.

Counselor (Passport and Visa) Mia Mohammad Kayamuddin, First Secretary (Political) Rehana Parveen and other officials were present on the occasion of mobile consular service.

Besides, the representatives of ESKAL, an outsourcing company related to passport, visa and other services approved by the Bangladesh government, and a large number of service-seeking expatriate Bangladeshis were present.
