Now there is a visa exemption agreement with Mongolia

This time Bangladesh is making a visa exemption agreement with Mongolia. Under this agreement, diplomatic and official passport holders of the two countries will not need a visa to travel between the two countries.

The Cabinet has approved the proposal to sign the Agreement on Mutual Examination of Visa Requirements between the Governments of Bangladesh and Mongolia.

The draft was approved at the cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Monday (June 3). The Cabinet meeting was held at the Prime Minister’s office.

At the end of the meeting, the Cabinet Secretary in the briefing at the Secretariat. Mahbub Hossain said that the proposal was made by the Department of Protection and Services. 29 countries have such agreements. It’s 30 today.

He said that holders of diplomatic and official passports will be able to travel to each other’s countries for 30 days without a visa.
