After 36 days of imprisonment Jubodal president Tuku
Youth Dal President Sultan Salahuddin Tuku was released on bail after serving one month and six days in prison.
He was released from Keraniganj Central Jail on Wednesday (June 5) at 7:30 pm. Meanwhile, a large number of leaders and activists of the Youth Dal congratulated Karaft.
Sultan Salahuddin Tuku went directly to Nayapaltan office of BNP. There BNP and Anga allied leaders and activists welcomed Tuku with flowers and shouted anti-government slogans.
On April 29, when he surrendered and asked for bail, the lower court denied bail and ordered Tuku to be sent to jail.
