Modi received written support from Nitish-Naidu, sworn in on Saturday


The BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is set to form the new government in India. Narendra Modi will take oath as the Prime Minister for the third consecutive term next Saturday. This information was reported by the Indian media NDTV on Wednesday (June 5).

NDA leaders held a meeting at Narendra Modi’s Delhi residence to review the election results. Modi was unanimously elected as the head of the alliance in the meeting.

Later, a delegation of the coalition partners, including the BJP, went to meet President Draupadi Murmu demanding government formation.
