14.5 lakh HSC candidates, coaching center closed from June 29
HSC and equivalent exams are starting from June 30. This time, the total number of candidates for HSC and equivalent exams under 11 education boards is 14 lakh 50 thousand 790 people. All coaching centers will be closed from June 29 to August 11 to conduct examinations in a ‘rumour and fake’ environment.
Education Minister Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury gave this information to reporters after the meeting of the National Monitoring and Law and Order Committee, which was formed to conduct the upcoming HSC and equivalent examinations in a fair, plagiarism-free and positive environment at the Secretariat on Wednesday (June 5).
He said that 7 lakh 50 thousand 281 male students and 7 lakh 509 female students are among the total candidates for HSC and equivalent exams. Total centers are two thousand 725 and total educational institutions are 9 thousand 463.
