The deceased Brazil is the son of Shajahan Ali of that village. He was the president of 15 Ward KM of Bogra Municipal Youth Party.
Police took his body to Kahalu police station for post-mortem. The body was sent to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital for autopsy on Sunday morning

Popi Akhter, the wife of the deceased, said that on Saturday night, he was returning home to Brazil on a motorcycle after hanging out at the local market. Just two minutes before entering the house, miscreants barricade him in a frenzy To save his life, he ran from there and tried to take shelter in a neighbor’s house. At one point, the miscreants left Brazil in the yard of a neighbor’s house after confirming his death.

According to the police, the deceased Brazil was accused in 28 cases including arms, explosives, drugs, anti-terrorism, special powers law, extortion and acid throwing.
