India-Pakistan match may be washed away by rain

The most crowded match of the World Cup is between India and Pakistan. Everyone is looking forward to see the fight of two arch rivals. They no longer face each other except in tournaments. The India-Pakistan match in this year’s T20 World Cup is scheduled to take place on Sunday.

But this match may be washed away by rain. The match is scheduled to start at 8:30 PM on Sunday at the County International Cricket Stadium in New York. The match will be played at 10:30 AM local time in New York.

According to Accuweather, there is a chance of rain in New York for the entire day of the India-Pakistan match. By 11 am local time, 51 percent of precipitation is possible. That is, rain may fall within half an hour of the start of the game. There is a 45 to 50 percent chance of rain till 4 pm.

While there is no reserve day for the India-Pakistan match, the wait for the rain to subside may be longer than usual. However, according to the weather forecast, there is a good chance that the match will be washed out.

If this happens, Pakistan will be in danger. The India match is extra important for them as they lost their World Cup opener against USA. They have no choice but to win to keep their Super Eight chances alive. Because after the India match, Pakistan won’t be able to win against Canada and Ireland; We have to wait for USA to lose the remaining two matches after defeating Canada and Pakistan in the first two matches.
