Punak welcomed the meritorious students


Under the initiative of Bangladesh Police Women’s Welfare Association (PUNAK), meritorious students were felicitated. On Saturday (June 8), ‘Kriti Students’ Reception 2024′ was held at Ramnastha Punak Bhawan in the capital.

Punak President Dr. Taiba Musarrat Jaha Chowdhury presided over the event.

Central Punak Member and Senior Secretary of Industry Ministry Zakia Sultana, Punak Co-Vice President Saila Farzana and General Secretary Nasim Amin spoke on the occasion. At this time, the leaders of Punak Central Committee, Kriti students and their parents were present.

Addressing the talented children, Zakia Sultana said, you must work for the welfare of the people of the country, you must have patriotism.

He said, we have to make ourselves how to work for the welfare of the nation, the welfare of the country.

Punak Sabhanetri said that the achievement of a talented student is not only limited to getting a chance in a good institution by getting good results, but if that student shows his talent in all areas of the society, then his life will be meaningful as the society will benefit.

He said, Punak is happy to organize this meritorious program in honor of the children of talented police families who have taken honorable places in the entrance examination of the famous colleges and universities of the country. Through this program we extend our hand of cooperation to parents in continuing their education.

In the event, 27 children of constables and non-police members of Bangladesh Police, who have the opportunity to get admission in government engineering universities and medical colleges in the academic year 2023-24, were given merit scholarships.
