Sri Lanka played two matches in the ‘D’ group in the World Cup. They lost both. Bangladesh, South Africa and Netherlands won one match each. This time in this group, the Proteas are getting an opportunity to advance themselves further. South Africa face Netherlands today at the Nassau County Cricket Stadium in New York.
In this match, the toss went in favor of South Africa. Aiden Markram won the shot put. He decided to field after winning the toss. He invited the Netherlands to bat.
