Start of England-Scotland match delayed due to rain

The co-hosts of the World Cup are the West Indies. There was rain in the first match. As a result, the match between West Indies and Papua New Guinea was stopped for 15 minutes. On that day, it was understood that rain could attack the next matches. However, the match ended well in the end.

It happened even today. Rain allowed the match between England and Scotland to be tossed. But the game didn’t start. The start of the match is being delayed due to heavy rain.

The difference in strength between the two teams in this match is huge. Scotland captain Richie Berrington has already admitted that. But no team is small on the World Cup stage, it is assumed. As such, fellow ICC member Scotland will also be looking to make new history by beating England.

Scotland has come to play T20 World Cup for the sixth time. This is their first match in the current World Cup. In this match, luck has helped the Scottish. Captain Berrington won the toss and decided to bat in Bridgetown, Barbados. That’s why Jos Buttler’s England will field first.
