Rabbi Islam was awarded in the photography exhibition
On the occasion of ‘World Environment Day’, Embassy of the Netherlands in Bangladesh, Rajshahi University Photographic Club, Green Lead and Sonali Bioplastics organized ‘Awareness Photo Exhibition on Reducing Plastic Use’ across the country.
On June 2, the exhibition was held at Rajshahi University’s intellectual premises. Rajshahi University Vice-Chancellor Professor Mohammad Sultan ul Islam, university teachers, students and Rabi Photographic Club members were present on the occasion.
The film and television department student of Jagannath University was awarded as one of the best five films of Rajshahi division in the exhibition. Rabbi Islam. Rajshahi University Vice-Chancellor Professor Mohammad Sultan Ul Islam gave the award to him.

The final exhibition will be held at Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed Park in Gulshan II of the capital from 10 am on June 6.
About receiving the award. Rabbi Islam said, ‘Photography is one of my favorite activities. When I am honored somewhere through my photo; It feels so good. It was a pleasure to be a part of the awareness exhibition organized at Rajshahi University. The students’ presence in the day-long exhibition was inspiring.’
He said, ‘If we do not reduce the use of plastic, our human civilization will be threatened. Such initiative to create awareness about environment is really commendable. Everyone is invited to the final exhibition on June 6. I am asking for everyone’s prayers.
